Barbara and her band have been associate members of the West Virginia Fairs and Festivals Association since 1983 and they have been associate members with the Ohio Festivals and Events Association since 1998.

The group's first recording , "First Time Out", was recorded at "Sweetsong" Recording Studio in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Two songs on that tape, "First Time Out"and "Our Love Is Cold" were written by two very talented members of The Silver Eagle Band.

Barbara herself has performed on the Jamboree USA "Starquest" contest in Wheeling, West Virginia backed by the Jamboree 1170 band. She and her band have proudly performed twice at the West Virginia State Fair. Her show has been broadcast over radio station WBUC in Buckhannon, West Virginia and she is a very familiar face at the Sagebrush Roundup in Fairmont, West Virginia.
